- Visit our website (via cookies and tracking technologies, see Section 6)
This may include: your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and any information you choose to share with us about your business or marketing needs.
3. Why we collect it, and our legal basis

4. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for. As a general default:

- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe
- Client data: for the duration of the engagement, plus a period afterward as required for accounting, tax, or legal purposes (typically up to 6 years, in line with standard Irish record-keeping requirements)
5. Who we share data with
We use the following third-party processors to run our business and deliver services. Each is bound by its own privacy and data processing terms:
- HubSpot (form submissions and CRM)
- Google (GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, Looker Studio)
- Meta (Meta Pixel, advertising)
- LinkedIn (Insight Tag, advertising)
- Hostinger (website hosting)
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with any third party beyond what is necessary to deliver our services or run our business.
6. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag, operating under Google’s Consent Mode v2. Non-essential cookies are only set once you provide consent via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time through your browser settings or our cookie preferences.
7. International data transfers
Some of our processors (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (DPC), the supervisory authority in Ireland (www.dataprotection.ie)
To exercise any of these rights, contact hi@bolddogdigital.com.
9. Client account access and confidentiality
Where our services require access to a client’s accounts, platforms, or systems (for example, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, CRM platforms, analytics accounts, or email marketing tools), that access is used exclusively to deliver the agreed work for that client.
- Access is limited to what is necessary for the scope of the engagement
- Information seen or handled through client account access is never shared with third parties, other clients, or used for any purpose beyond the relevant client work
- Confidentiality of client data and account access is treated as one of our highest priorities
- Access is revoked or handed back at the end of an engagement unless otherwise agreed
10. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, including secure hosting and restricted access to client systems.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
12. Contact us
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at hi@bolddogdigital.com.
