Terms
1. About us
Bolddog Digital is a Dublin-based digital marketing agency providing services including Paid Ads, Content Marketing, Social Media, CRM and Email Marketing, Web Design and Management, GTM Strategy, SEO and GEO, and Performance Reports. These terms apply whenever you use our website or engage us for services.

2. Acceptance of these terms
By using our website, submitting a form, or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our website or services.
3. Our services
Services are scoped and agreed with each client individually before work begins, based on business needs and goals. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are set out separately in a proposal, scope of work, or agreement between us and the client, which takes precedence over these general terms where the two differ.
4. Pricing and payment
- Pricing is scoped to your business needs and agreed before work begins
- Ongoing services are typically offered on monthly, quarterly, six-month, or yearly terms, with better rates on longer commitments
- GTM Strategy is delivered as a one-off scoped project
- Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice; late payment may result in a pause of ongoing work until settled
5. Contract terms and notice period
We don’t operate mandatory fixed-term lock-in contracts. By default, ongoing engagements can be ended by either party with one month’s written notice.
Clients who prefer a longer commitment (quarterly, six-month, or yearly) can opt into one in exchange for better rates. Opting into a longer term means that rate applies for its duration, provided the full term is completed.
If a client ends an opted-in longer term early:
- The engagement reverts to the standard monthly rate for the entire term, not just from the point of termination
- Any difference between the discounted rate already invoiced and the standard rate for that same period becomes payable
- One month’s written notice is still required to end the engagement, regardless of contract term
6. Client responsibilities
To deliver services effectively, we may need timely access to accounts, platforms, brand assets, approvals, or information from you. Delays in providing these may affect timelines, and we’re not responsible for delays caused by late client input.
7. Account access
Where a service requires access to your accounts or platforms (advertising accounts, CRM, analytics, website, social media, etc.), that access is used solely to deliver the agreed work. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle confidentiality and data arising from this access.
8. Intellectual property
- Final deliverables created specifically for you (copy, designs, campaigns, reports) become your property once paid for in full
- We retain the right to use general methodologies, tools, and non-client-specific know-how across other engagements
- Any third-party assets, stock imagery, fonts, or licensed tools used in delivery remain subject to their own licence terms
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement, and not to disclose it to third parties except where required by law.
10. Limitation of liability
We aim to deliver services with reasonable skill and care. However:
- We don’t guarantee specific results (such as rankings, conversion rates, or ad performance), since these depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, market conditions, and third-party actions
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service in the preceding 3 months
- We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses
11. Third-party platforms
Our services often involve third-party platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot, WordPress, hosting providers, etc.). We’re not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by these platforms that are outside our control.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with one month’s written notice, as set out in Section 5. We may suspend or terminate services immediately if payment is significantly overdue, or if these terms are breached.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
